Where's My Stuff?
We know how important it is to get your stuff on time. Here are some detailed steps to track your package or understand delays.
- Go to Your Orders.
- Go to the order you want to track.
- Select Track Package next to your order.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check your porch, garage, or with neighbors before contacting us.
Returns & Refunds
Our goal is to make returns as easy as possible. Most items sold by en-en-amazon.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Go to the Returns Center.
- Select Return a replacement to view your recent orders.
- Choose the order and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select an option from the "Reason for return" menu.
- Choose how to resolve your return (refund or replacement).
- Select your preferred return method. You may have options for label-free, box-free returns at locations like UPS or Kohl's.
- Print your return label (if required) and return authorization.
Refunds to Credit Cards: Typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement after we process the return.
Refunds to Gift Cards: Are usually available within 2-3 hours after the return is processed.
Debit Cards: May take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's policies.
Note: In some cases, you may be issued an "Instant Refund" to your credit card or gift card balance before we receive the item back. You are still required to return the item within 30 days to avoid being recharged.

Two-Step Verification
We strongly recommend enabling Two-Step Verification (2SV). This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a unique code sent to your phone or authentication app whenever you log in from a new device.
Suspicious Emails (Phishing)
en-en-amazon will never ask for your password or personal information by email. If you receive a suspicious email:
- Do not click any links or download attachments.
- Check the sender's address. Official emails come from "@amazon.com" or "@en-en-amazon.com".
- Forward the email to [email protected].
Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, go to the Password Assistance page. You will need to enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account. We will send a One Time Password (OTP) to verify your identity before allowing you to create a new password.
Devices & Digital Services
Support for Kindle E-readers, Fire Tablets, Echo & Alexa, and Prime Video.
Kindle Content: If your book isn't downloading, ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi. Go to "Manage Your Content and Devices" to resend the title to your specific device.
Prime Video Buffering: Ensure you have sufficient internet bandwidth (at least 3 Mbps for SD, 5 Mbps for HD). Restart your modem/router and the device you are streaming on.
Alexa: If Alexa isn't responding, check the mute button on your Echo device (red ring light indicates mute). Unplug the device, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in.
